Welcome to Morning & Mūn! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, www.morningandmun.com (the "Site"), and the purchase of our Signature Chews, dietary supplements, and access to telemedicine services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Medical and Telehealth Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice: The general content provided on this Site, including information about our Signature Chews, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Telemedicine Services: Morning & Mūn provides a technology platform that connects users with independent, licensed medical providers and pharmacies for personalized care (including peptides, GLP-1 support, and hormone treatments). We do not provide medical services ourselves. Any provider-patient relationship is solely between you and the independent licensed provider.
Prescription and Compounded Medications: Prescription products are available only after a provider evaluation. Compounded medications prescribed by these providers are not FDA-approved and are prepared on a patient-specific basis.
2. FDA Disclaimer (Dietary Supplements)
Statements regarding our dietary supplements (such as our Morning Radiance, Sleep, and Performance Chews) have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. When you create an account (your "Ritual Dashboard"), you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information, particularly regarding your health history if utilizing our telemedicine features. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders, Subscriptions, and Billing
General Purchases: All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing and availability.
Subscribe & Save: By enrolling in our "Subscribe & Save" program, you agree to a recurring subscription. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. You may manage, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Ritual Dashboard prior to your next billing cycle.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Supplements: We offer free shipping on qualifying supplement orders over $75. If you are unsatisfied with your Signature Chews, please contact us for a resolution.
Prescription Products: Due to state and federal health regulations, prescription medications (including those delivered via cold chain delivery) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned once dispensed by the pharmacy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software—is the exclusive property of Morning & Mūn LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our Site or Services without our express written consent.
